Steps To Follow To Participate In the Venom Trade-In Recycle Programme

In Store - Walk in to any MLN Retail Store

1. Walk in to any MLN retail store with your trade-in. Store locations are here.

2. Present driver’s license for ID purposes (a photo copy will be required)

3. Fill in the trade-in agreement form provided to you at the store.

4. Select any Venom BlackBook and immediately get $100 off towards your purchase.

Online - Purchasing through the MLN website (www.mln.com.au)

1. Select any Venom BlackBook on www.mln.com.au, proceed to checkout and finalise your purchase.

2. Download the trade-in agreement form by clicking here (Word Document). Fill in form.

3. Post your trade-in to the below address along with the trade-in form and copy of the tax invoice for your new Venom BlackBook purchase with in 10 working days from your Venom BlackBook purchase date.

4. Allow 14 working days processing time excluding delivery times for your claim to be processed. Once the claim has been processed you will receive a $100 reimbursement.

*Venom "Trade-in for a Venom" Promotion Terms and Conditions

"Reseller" means: A Venom Authorised Retailer who has agreed to participate in the "Trade-in for a Venom" programme.
"Designated Country" means: Australia.
"New Product" means the following: Any Venom BlackBook sold during the promotional period for a traded-in computer product.
"Trade-in Item(s) "means: The computer that is being traded-in for a new Venom BlackBook. This can be either a desktop, notebook or tablet regardless of its condition and brand but must include its CPU, HDD, RAM and a power source. The trade-in item(s) become the property of MLN.
"Venom" means: Venom Computers Pty Limited.
"Valid Tax Invoice" means: A valid receipted tax invoice issued by the Authorised Venom Retailer to the end user and that meets the requirements of Australia's legislation and must include the serial and model number of the product sold.
"Venom Trade-in Programme Postal Address" means:

"Promotion Period" means: 1st November 2017 to 30th June, 2018.
"Close Date" for claims means: 5:00pm AEST 30th June, 2018.

Information on how to claim traded-in product forms part of these terms and conditions.

1. The Participant must:
   • Be a nominated Authorised Venom Retailer (any MLN store) who has agreed to participate in the "Trade-in for a Venom" programme.
   • Complete the official Venom Trade-in Agreement form.
   • For online purchases, send the completed original Trade-in Agreement form and a legible copy of the receipted Valid Tax Invoice which includes the model number and serial number of the product of the Venom product purchased.
2. Participants have 10 working days to mail all documents required as specified in Clause 1c (applicable to online purchase only) and trade-in item(s) otherwise, the claim will be declined.
3. Allow approximately 14 working days upon approval of the claim for processing. This does not include postage, delivery times and stock availability delays (Mail In applicable to online purchases only).
4. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail.
5. $100 off a new Venom BlackBook purchase along with a trade-in item, drivers license (a photocopy will be taken) and filled out trade-in agreement form will be provided to walk In purchases made through the reseller - Venom Authorised Retailers (Any MLN retail store).
6. This promotion excludes any existing EPR business or any other promotion and may not be used in conjunction with this or any other offer.
7. There is a limit of up to five units which can be traded-in and purchased through this promotion to any individual customer or business. This is based on a one for one quota.
8. This promotion is not available in New Zealand.
9. Claims will be deemed invalid if the same tax invoice is used on more than one claim form.
10. Venom reserves the right to vary, modify or cancel this Trade-in programme at any time with or without notice.
11. Venom's decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions.
12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in Victoria, Australia.
13. All claims must be received by 5.00pm Australian EST on the Close Date of the promotion. No claims will be accepted after this time.
