The Venom Extended Care plan for the Venom BlackBook Zero provides up to three years of Venom authorised retailer technical support and additional hardware services from Venom via the Venom authorised retailer.
Venom Extended Care plan benefits are in addition to any legal rights provided by consumer protection laws.
Venom Extended care provides 3 years of priority tech support via Venoms Authorised retailer, all issues can be solved either via a face 2 face walk in with no appointments needed, a phone call or via email. Remote access login can also be utilized for Australia wide tech support. A free Australia wide pick up and return service is also supplied via the Venom authorised retailer.
The Venom Extended Care plan provides up to three years of additional hardware service options including parts and labour from the Venom authorised retailer who sold the products. The care plan covers. The Venom BlackBook Zero, the battery, the power adaptor, Venom authorised retailer supplier RAM and hard drives.
Software support is included around all Microsoft products and includes printer support, wireless level one tech support and email, internet support to a degree that does not extend beyond the first layer. This includes troubleshooting methods such as verifying physical layer issues, resolving username and password problems, uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications, verification of proper hardware and software set up, and assistance with navigating around application menus.
(1) The Venom extended Care Plan must be purchased within 7 days of the original purchase date of your BlackBook and provides up to three years of additional service options from the original purchase date. The Venom extended Care Plan benefits are in addition to rights provided by consumer law. Service coverage is available only for BlackBook Zero and its original included accessories for protection against (a) defects in materials or workmanship and (b) batteries that retain less than 80 percent of their original capacity.

(3) Availability of service options depends on the service requested and the location of the Venom authorised retailers service location. Products returned for service may be repaired or replaced with parts equivalent to new in performance and reliability. Venom may also request that the customer replace components with readily installable parts.
